About Michaela
6 Week Tiny Tutus~6 Week Mini Movers
Michaela started her dance training at the age of 3 at a local dance studio. She has trained in all styles with Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Lyrical among her favourites! Michaela has 7 years teaching experience and looks forward to many more.
Growing up, she was extremely shy when dancing. She never participated in recitals and was never to be found in class photos! After taking one year of Tap, she decided to never wear Tap shoes again. She hated the noise, but a few years later she picked it back up again and is so glad she did, as it is one of her favourite styles.
Michaela holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta and is working with Elementary school children.
She is thrilled to continue her time at The Dance Place as an instructor and is excited to share her passion with all of her students.
